RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICIES
We offer free exchanges within the USA for any problems that may come up when you first receive your Adventure Mate, such as an incorrect shipment or product defects (rare, but possible). We DO NOT offer free exchanges for Adventure Mates that have been used and/or damaged by the user, including normal wear and tear.
To exchange your Adventure Mate, please email email@example.com with your order number and the item you need to exchange along with your reason. For more specific details, please go to “How do I exchange my Adventure Mate?” on the FAQ page.
Our return policy covers you for up to 30 days after the date you receive your order. Within this 30 day window, you may return your Adventure Mate for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all parts intact, including the Adventure Mate branded box. A partial refund may be granted if any item is not in its original condition, items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if the item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If you purchased from Amazon.com, please follow the Amazon returns policy and/or contact Amazon customer service. If you purchased from AdventureMate.com or at a trade show, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process.

If we have made a mistake on your order, we will cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. We will refund you as soon as we receive your item, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be returned. Other gifts may be returned if they meet the eligibility criteria described above in our return policy. Provided the gift is eligible for a return, gift orders will be refunded to the purchaser. If you need to exchange a gift, please see above regarding our exchange policy.
